Aluminium glazier wanted in Cambridgeshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium glazier in Cambridgeshire, England. The job is at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. You will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. You should have: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided.
