AC mechanic wanted in Saint Tammany Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Saint Tammany Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a refrigeration and cooling firm. On the job you will handle: • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum Ideal candidate: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests 5+ years on the tools preferred.
