Bodywork technician wanted in Northumberland County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bodywork technician in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania. The job is in an insurance-approved repair centre. On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes Full-time with occasional weekends.
