Back-of-house cleaner — Dallas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Dallas County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
