Great opportunity: cold store insulation technician (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Saratoga County, New York. The job is on a high-rise façade. Your main tasks: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
