Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Lafayette County, Florida. The job is at an accident repair centre. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing You will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun.
