Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Palo Alto County, Iowa. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
