Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam.
