Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre technician in Providence County, Rhode Island. Day to day you will vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement. Ideal candidate: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • Awareness of workshop health and safety Full-time, day shift.
