Fire and safety officer wanted in Bindawa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Bindawa, Katsina State. The job is on a road and infrastructure project. You will check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Rotating shifts.
