Head butcher wanted in Edgecombe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
