Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Chittenden County, Vermont. Your main tasks: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Rotating shifts.
