Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Lenoir County, North Carolina. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols On a typical shift you will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
