Safety officer wanted in Cleveland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Cleveland County, Arkansas. The job is in a warehouse and logistics yard. Your main tasks: • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
