Join our team: we are hiring a telesales agent in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales. You will work at a busy retail showroom. The role involves handle cash and card payments at the counter; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; check stock levels and raise reorder requests; collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up; plan the route and visit retailers on the beat; meet daily and monthly sales targets.
