Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Lincoln County, Oregon. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
