Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Poinsett County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
