Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; season and marinate meat on request.
