Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Aurora County, South Dakota. The job is in the maintenance team of a facilities company. Day to day you will install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall; cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections; install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns; read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site. You should have: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • Familiar with pressure testing and leak detection • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces 5+ years on the tools preferred.
