Gas appliance installer wanted in Johnson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Johnson County, Iowa. The role involves carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Able to read isometric and site drawings 4+ years on the tools preferred.
