Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
