You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Full-time, day shift.
