Powder coating sprayer wanted in Jackson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Jackson County, Minnesota. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
