Elevator technician • Alexander County, North Carolina

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator technician in Alexander County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise construction site. On a typical shift you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Part-time with flexible hours.
