Gas service engineer • Keya Paha County, Nebraska

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Keya Paha County, Nebraska. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Day-to-day duties: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
