Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Redcar and Cleveland, England. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
