Urgent requirement: catering cook (Iowa)

Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Black Hawk County, Iowa. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Performance bonus on top of base pay.
