Lift mechanic • Greene County, Mississippi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Greene County, Mississippi. You will be based in a residential tower block. Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
