Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. On the job you will handle: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
