Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Gallatin County, Illinois. Requirements: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works The role involves: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Rotating shifts.
