Urgent requirement: safety inspector (Niger State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety inspector in Mashegu, Niger State. The role involves record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
