Dishwashing attendant — Mason County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mason County, Illinois. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
