Dough maker wanted in Sule Tankakar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Sule Tankakar, Jigawa State. You will work at a cake shop. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Meals and transport allowance provided.
