Powder coating sprayer — Nkanu East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Performance bonus on top of base pay.
