We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
