Air conditioning service engineer — Gateshead

Join our team: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Gateshead, England. The job is at a busy AC installation company. Ideal candidate: • Presentable and polite with customers on site • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred The role involves core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
