Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square.
