Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Davison County, South Dakota. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
