Powder coating sprayer wanted in Prairie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Prairie County, Arkansas. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
