Now hiring: powder coating line operator (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
