Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Bourbon County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Day-to-day duties: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
