Your main tasks: • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
