Ideal candidate: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel On a typical shift you will measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding.
