On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
