CNC milling operator wanted in Escambia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Escambia County, Alabama. Day to day you will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
