Acoustic insulation fitter — Livingston Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a construction site. The role involves: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
