We are recruiting: glass cutter (North Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass cutter in Columbus County, North Carolina. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. Day to day you will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. You should have: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units Full-time, day shift.
