We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Madison County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
