We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Madison County, Montana. You will work at an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
