Great opportunity: fine-dining server (Northern Ireland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in City of Belfast, Northern Ireland. You will work in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
